ATP15 RL 220V 1500L/MIN EMPTYING PUMP + FRAME

DESCRIPTION
Mast's clogging-free emptying pump, the ATP15L, which can pump wastewater containing solids or long-fibred substances up to 65 mm in diameter. The pump can be used without a strainer because the grain size is identical to the input diameter. The efficiency is over 70%. It can be used both vertically and horizontally.
Runs on 230V. Drive possible with power group 5 kVA. Mounted on a carrying frame.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Rotating flange on the discharge outlet allows it to be set at any desired angle from horizontal to vertical. This allows the discharge hose to run upstairs or along a berm without bending.
- Contains no oil, silicones or grease (can therefore be used in areas with stricter environmental requirements).
- Can be used both horizontally and vertically.
- Plastic-coated metal carrying handle, to which work rope can be attached.
- Protected against overheating by thermal cut-out switch (PTC thermistor) 120°C.
- Safe against dry running thanks to special mechanical seal.
- Sealing control: The pump is equipped with a moisture sensor in the motor compartment that automatically switches the pump off if moisture enters the motor compartment.
- Encapsulated motor
- Maintenance-free: no oil filling, lubrication points, or use of sealants or adjustment work required.
- Low clogging due to high mounted impeller.
- Automatic direction of rotation: An automatic direction of rotation device always drives the motor in the correct direction, regardless of the order in which the phases are connected.
- Built-in phase failure protection: If one of the three phases fails, the motor is automatically switched off.
- Undervoltage protection: the pump is switched off if it is connected to the wrong voltage or if the voltage of the power supply drops to a critical threshold.
