DESCRIPTION
TFT nozzle - Series G-Force multiflo
This oversized nozzle has many characteristics in common with the high pressure nozzle QF 150. It also contains some special features: large horseshoe handle for the operation of a gate valve (ensures an always correctly shaped blast pattern, smooth operation (less pressure shocks) and comfortable use), nozzle head with large rubber protective bumper with spring-loaded shock absorber and a longer rotation movement for selecting the rinsing position (The deviation between the working and rinsing positions is 25° - unconsciously switching from spray to rinsing position technically prevented). The nozzle has an adjustable flow rate of 50, 100 or 150 l/min (not automatic). The pattern is stepless adjustable from full blast, over flashover position (with locking device - click indication and a clearly tactile button in that position). Stainless steel filter at the inlet of the nozzle, to catch too large particles to prevent clogging of the lance.
Pressure control also ensures a constant throw, captures pressure surges and extends the life of hoses and fittings. Finally, this nozzle has a fixed tooth ring which results in a perfect blasting pattern from full blast to water screen.

The actual flow rate to the nozzle at a pump pressure of up to 40 bar is strongly influenced by the diameter and length of the reel hose and the pressure losses that occur. In combination with a reel of 80m Ø 25mm as provided in Belgian fire trucks, a flow rate of 220 l/min at a pressure loss of approx. 12 bar can be expected.

Suitable for mounting on low pressure or high pressure reels.
